What a fabulous site! I am originally from Philadelphia, born in Italy, currently living in the Boston area with close ties to Italy. Through vacations, semesters, abroad programs and the like visiting Italy is our family's favorite pastime. Through organizations like Pinetina we can live vicariously reading articles, learning to cook, traveling and re-conecting with friends and relatives. Keep up the great work, Antonina!

I am Italian American. I was born in Philadelphia in the Roxboro area. I spent my childhood in Manayunk where I went to St. Mary's gradeschool and belonged to St. Lucy's Parish. I grew up at 105 Ripka street with my parents Joseph and Rose and 2 brothers Ralph and Joseph and a sister Anna Marie.
